A Level Life

Elizabeth Wenger, LMSW

Elizabeth works with adolescents and adults ages 16 and older to navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. She believes in meeting people where they are and that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

Elizabeth earned her Master of Social Work degree from Washburn University and has experience working with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of concerns, including trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, intimacy issues, family conflict, personality disorders, crisis intervention, and co-occurring (dual) diagnoses. She understands that seeking therapy is a courageous step and strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

Elizabeth’s approach is rooted in the belief that people are much more than a diagnosis. She works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting changes based on their unique goals and values. She values building genuine therapeutic relationships founded on trust, empathy, and collaboration.

In addition to her clinical experience, Elizabeth is a mother of three and served in the military for over 10 years. These life experiences have strengthened her appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and the many roles that people balance throughout their lives, allowing her to connect with clients through both professional expertise and genuine understanding.
