What is Strengths-based Therapy?

We believe that everyone has strengths, even in the midst of challenges. Our mission is to partner with clients to identify and build on their strengths, so they can overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. We use a strengths-based approach to therapy, which means we focus on what clients are doing well, rather than what they are doing wrong. Our therapists are experienced and trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). We will work with you to find the approach that is right for you. We believe that therapy is a partnership between you and your therapist. We will listen to you, respect your experiences, and work with you to create a plan that is tailored to your individual needs. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
